1. Services Offered

I offer intuitive services including psychic readings, mediumship, spiritual guidance, and energy work. These services are designed for personal insight and spiritual support.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be 21 years or older to receive services. Unless with written parental/guardian consent.
By booking a session, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Disclaimer

I am not a licensed medical, legal, or financial professional.
My services do not replace professional advice, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.
All information provided during the sessions is offered in good faith, and you assume full responsibility for any decisions made thereafter.

4. No Guarantees

I work from a place of integrity, passion and truth. Psychic and mediumship readings involve interpretation and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
Outcomes or messages from spirit are not under my control and may vary between sessions.

5. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential unless otherwise agreed.
I will never share, sell, or disclose your information without your consent.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, but be advised there are No refunds, but a session can be rebooked upon availability.
No refunds are offered for completed sessions.
If you are late, your session time may be reduced accordingly.

7. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if the energy is not aligned, the request is inappropriate, or I feel unsafe or disrespected.

8. Website Use

All content on this website is protect sovereignty laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share my materials or session content without permission.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the unincorporated laws of Yavapai, Arizona By using this site, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

10. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
